Temp files created by Help and Support

Hi

Every time I use Help and Support Center, groups of imt*.xml files are
created in my temp folder. These files are created when clicking on the
various options on the startup screen of Help and Support. Each click
produces 3 files, the file sizes are always the same 1kb, 2kb and 671kb. The
big problem is that these files are not deleted when you close help. I had
about 400MB of these files.

Why are these files created? Is there any way to prevent the program from
creating these files.

No response!! I can't believe that I am the only person that has this
problem. I now have 3 computers that all have the same problem with creating
these files.

Just FYI, I clicked on several HELP & SUPPORT links, and while a file or
two was created in c:\<user>\local\temp, it wasn't an .xml file, and it
deleted itself when HELP was closed.
