Temp File Deleteing

Did a *.temp search and came up with files i'm unsure of like
"SET3.tmp C:\WINDOWS"
"SET7.tmp C:\WINDOWS"
"xD81.tmp C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs"
"xD82.tmp C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs"
"xD83.tmp C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs"
"CONFIG.TMP C:\WINDOWS\system32"

Can these files be deleted?
Have already done the C:\User\Local Settings\ect...ect...

Hi

The Internet Logs are related to ZoneAlarm - not sure about the others. Normally you can delete those files. Put them in the recycle bin for a few days, then delete tem from there if you have no problems.
