Telnet function

Hi:
My telnet function disappeared today on my home PC. I
use it to get into a PINE email system at work. When I
highlight the telnet address in the address bar it
bounces IE.
Anyone out there with knowledge of this?

IE and Telnet aren't really the same thing.

What if you do: Start | Run and type in telnet in the edit box and hit the
enter key?
