hi

is there a freeware program that can use teletext (wst)?

im not interested in tv capture programs with it built in as im happy with
the program i use. just want a small stand alone program for it.

depends on what capture device and operating system you have.
I found one for bt8x8 compatible cards (a lot them are) with Win9x:

There's also a commercial version available that works with NT/2000/XP.

Oh, and it's in German.
