Telephone Number Display

I'm a recent ACT convert, so bear with me. How do I get the "assigned to" or
"contact" telephone number to display in a "simple list//to-do list" view? I
can't find the appropriate field in the field chooser?

Thanks for your help . . .

We have no idea how ACT works, so bear with us.
What do you mean? Your post makes no sense.

Russ:

I'm trying to create a to-do list for the day. Included in the list will be
calls, tasks and meetings. I need the list to include Contact Telephone
Numbers. In Task view, I select the following menu options: View, followed by
Current View, followed by Simple List. I am then trying to use the Field
Chooser to add a Contact Telephone Number field to the view. Unfortunately
for me, I can't find one that displays in the Simple View window. Make sense
now? Thanks for your patience!!

Not really. Adding a phone number field to a Task wouldn't accomplish
anything. Tasks don't have phone numbers. Contacts do. You can certainly
link a Contact to a task. If you want a printout of a tasks to contain phone
numbers, you'd need to add that information to the task itself.

Your question is basic one that I have also. A simple list of people to call
for the day along with their phone numbers. I used ACT and would print the
list for traveling and make calls with mobile phone. It seems like a very
basic thing, but I have not been able to get BCM to do it either. Any help
would be appreciated.
