telephone dialer

hello

i am having trouble with phone dialer, when i type the number in, it rings for a couple of seconds then just cuts of. i cant understand why this is happening someone please help.
 
I guess this is the driver problem.
look for a new modem driver first.

Sometimes if you have NetZero or AOL, they may install their own driver so
that they make or force you to use their softwares to dial.
