Work arounds depend on your task.

There are several ports of the unix tee program which MS-OSs miss.

I like this one (freeware from Frank P.Westlake hosted by Ted Davis):

Just downloaded again, unpacked and ran without any problems.

Your problem must have a different origin.

The "MTEE" looks like a good program for some tasks, for others I wish
to see the piped results in a simple Window (perhaps search/print
options).

Do you know of any small free "windows" tee like programs? I have tried
some but not found any good ones..
