Is there a siste for Compaq/ HP where I can speak to someone in the US
instead of a foreign country? The language barrier is a real problem at
times, not to mention that when you ask to speak to a supervisor the cs rep
likes to argue that you don't need to do so.

You get what you pay for with the name-brands. Often times, you're better
off with a quality local dealer that builds their machines in-house if you
need on-shore tech support.
