Team Calendars sync with PDA's

I am looking for resources to enable an office with 5 Sales staff and 2
assistants managing all 5's appointment calendars.

Each Sales reps have a PocketPC and I would like them to be able to come
back to the office and cradle the PDA on their computer to sync with the
Exchange server that the Assistants are managing.

All Staff should have access to all clients information through contacts

Each assistant should be able to effectively manage the appointment calendar

Sales reps should have accees to their own calendars on their PC's as well.

It looks like I will need Exchange Server running, Something like team
outlook, and maybe alot of training to the poeple.

Can someone point me in the direction (or link) to begin the learning
process to get this enabled? I'm sure it is just like email but the
management of multiple calendars and contacts (if a sales rep creates a new
contact on their PDA), seems difficult to find information on particular
experiences and uses.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

If this is primarily a PocketPC solution you are looking for, you would
probably do better asking what systems are available for Pocket PC synching
in the microsoft.public.pocketpc group - that group has many folks who have
custom solutions, or knowledge about solutions that will work with PPCs.
Exchange is a good start but for your multiple synching scenarios, third
party solutions are sometimes an excellent add-in in addition to
Outlook/Exchange.
