On Power up, my PC intiates the TCPSCVS.exe process and
loads my CPU to 98%. I can end this process manually and
the CPU returns to normal. However, when I restart the
process starts again. I also believe it is openning
ports on my cable modem when the firewall is off.

How do I find this virus that it causing this hijack?

I have Norton antivirus and it is completely up to date &
scanned to find nothing wrong. I fact a virus have never
been found on the PC since I always use virus protection.

Please help.

I think you will find it supports network and internet connections. Found in
\windows\system32 19,456 bytes in size. You may not need this service
running depending on your particular configuration.
