Hi there,
Is TCP Offload Engine a Microsoft setting, I have a Dell poweredge 2950
with broadcom drivers and I want to see if it is enabled. Is it a useful
feature?

TOE has caused me lots of grief I recomend stay away for awhile or atleast
untill the next driver update.
To enable TOE you need SNP see kb912222. Install the full broadcom
driversuite.
