TCPIP properties canno be changed

admin account on local machine cannot acces TCPIP
parameters...systemplugged into diferent domain, DHCP
assigned new IP and now TCPIP properties are greyed out.
 
Yes, I have the same problem and I am administrator of the
PC I need to make these chanegs on?

Is there a registry setting that needs to be tweaked?
