TCPIP Performance Parameters in Registry

I don't see the folowing value names in my WinXPH SP1 registry:

MaxMTU
MaxMSS
DefaultTTL
DefaultRcvWindow

In Win9x/NT these values were tweakable for improving Internet performance.
Can they be used in WinXP also?
