You can't customize this in anyway -- this is just the way they are. The original plan was
that since Messenger supports Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), these ports will be
automatically opened (and forwaded) as necessary. As a number of UPnP-enabled NAT devices or
UPnP-enabled firewalls actually do this work for you.

Simply forwarding the ports on your NAT won't work, the NAT will either need to support UPnP
(what model/brand of NAT is this?) or have built-in support for Messenger voice/video
functionality (obviously doesn't, or else it would be working).
