Hi

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/sp2netwk.mspx

Click TCP/IP in the link above and look for:

"Limited number of simultaneous incomplete outbound TCP connection attempts"

The official statement from Microsoft for the time being is "Sorry,
there is no way to change this limit, this is by design".

But if you are willing to mess with your Tcpip.sys file:

hey! guys I have the same warning...and can't stand it!!!

the thing is my internet explorer stop working randomly even though I m
still connected due to that tcp\ip warning..if i m already connected to
messenger, emule it will carry on workin but not explorer or mozzila, if
that matter!

it started 2 days ago whilst there were no program running....that's
basicly why i can't find out what started it all!!!!(turn on the pc one
day and there it was!)
somethime it comes back to normal for a while or if i disconnect and
reconnect obviously it will work till the warnning comes back (usually
30 sec).

DO I REALLY HAVE TO PLAY WITH MY TCP\IP .SYS OR THERE ANOTHER WAY???

who's fault is this? hardware, software or service prov??
I'm lookin' into the link you just gave at the moment but i don't want
to change the sys because I (or apparently no programs) changed it at
the first place...

thanks guys

Im not a pro and really don't mind if you explain to me like if I was a
5 year old!!!
