tcp/ip filtering

When I turn on tcp ip filtering I can no longer bring up
any web pages on the browser. I set allow only and even
put in port 80. I can get on this computer from the
outside ok. I turned on port 3389.
 
Sounds like you are blocking everything outbound except tcp port 80, you
need to open up all outbound tcp ports.
