Each time I turn on my computer a message remains on the
screen: TBMenu.exe has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

There is an option to send an error report to Microsoft
and a request to tell Microsoft about this problem. I
ususaly send the error reprot but I get no response and
the same message comes up again next time I turn the
computer on.

It does not seem to affect the computer operating okay.

Has anyone else ancountered this. Any solutions to stop
it coming up?
