'TBApilsApiActive failed' message

While runnning FBA I get the message 'TBApilsApiActive ( ) failed', this
happens while trying to install several different images on my target
hardware. It seems to be happening since I've installed Service Pack 3.

Has anyone seen this message before? What is the solution to prevent this
from happening?
 
I found the problem: Some of the hardware was not connected causing the error
message.
