Tasks

My boss has me trying to figure out Tasks. I've read the
help for this numerous times, and understand in theory
what needs to be done for me to Accept or Decline the task
she sends.

However, neither "accept" nor "decline" actually come up
as an option when the Task arrives in my inbox. Help! :(
 
Are you opening the Task or are you just looking at it through the Preview
Pane?
