Hi there
We have a small network, and use Outlook 2000. We do not use an exchange
server, all e-mail is stored in individual PST files.
My boss wanted to assign a task to his assistant. He sent it off OK, but
she received it as a regular e-mail (not the task form), with no accept or
decline buttons. When you look in his sent folder, it has definately been
sent in the correct form.
However someone else a few doors down sent her an assigned task, and it came
through perfectly, with all the correct buttons. I've tried sending and
receiving assigned tasks from my own computer, and I get the same result as
my boss. However I too can receive tasks perfectly well from the person who
is not having any problems.
What setting would it be? It's obviously not something wrong at the
receiving end, as I CAN get them through correctly from some people, so it
must be the sending side of it. Any ideas?
