I have some things that I do on a regular basis, but I never remember to do
them. I wanted to put them into outlook so it would remind me. I tried to
put them in a reoccurring tasks, but I am not reminded when the reoccur. I
did a search and some tweaking in outlook, and I discovered that the tasks
interface is too buggy and poorly implemented for my purposes. I can't use
the calendar because I don't want them to sync to my iPod. How do I have
outlook remind me?
 
First of all how does your Ipod have to do with your sync in Outlook? Never
heard of such a thing unless you are talking about a cell phone. In that case
your can configure your desk manager or what ever you have that you use to
sync your cell phone and configure it so that it wont sync up your outlook
calendar.

But I would recomend using Outlook Calendar for scheduling meetings and
Tasks. Its what I use all the time at work and at home to sync up with my
blackberry.
