Tasks in Outlook Mobile and Outlook Web Access

Hi

We have set up Outlook Web Access and Outlook Mobile on a Windows Mobile 6
device.

However there are two issues with the Tasks feature:
1- Task Requests/Updates/etc are do not show up in the Windows Mobile
Device Inbox. However they do show up in the Outlook client on the desktop
PC. How do make the Task requests/Updates/etc. visible on the Inbox of the
Windows Mobile Client?

2- In OWA, when creating a task how can you assign the task to another
person? This feature seems to missing.

Thse two features are very important in the company as their internal
organization/workflow depens heavilly on sending and assigning Tasks to each
other.
