tasks; attached email to a task

I want to be able to manage tasks better and would like to know if tasks can
be assigned a 'project/task' title to which all correspondance will
automatically link/attach...is this possible?

No, how would Outlook know a certain email would below to a specific task?
You can assign categories to the tasks and emails so you can create filtered
views to show/hide the emails belonging to a specific category.
