Tasks and Reminders

Amending my earlier question regarding "sending out
reminders to other contacts"...

My real question is this: I want to posts tasks on
a "home base" calendar, to include dates of things to be
accomplished by (and thus a reminder that something has
to happen by a certain date); how do you enter a task on
one calendar and have it posted on my co-workers
calendars?

Tasks or appointments? Tasks can be displayed in the TaskPad in a
calendar folder but tasks aren't stored there, they are stored in
Tasks folders.

To copy or move a task or appointment from one mail store to another
you would need access to both mail stores (Exchange mailboxes or PST
files) and either do it manually or write custom code. In addition,
unless the items are moved to the user's default Calendar or Tasks
folders or you use a 3rd party addin the reminders won't actually
fire, the items will just turn red when the reminders are due.
