I am running WinVNC Server on XP Pro. How do I keep users from ending the
WinVNC.exe service in taskMGR? the computers ARE NOT part of a domain.

Is there another way to do this. Windows 2000 won't allow services to be
closed. Can this be done someway for Windows XP?
 
Use Group Policy to disable access to Task Manager from your users.
