I just installed WinXP Pro on a 1mhz Intel P3 computer, w/512 mb of RAM (and
then installed PcAnywhere 11, Omnipage 14, Paperport 9, and CallerID.com
software...all of which I uninstalled subsequently). After installing all
that software, Task Manager [taskmgr.exe] ceased to have any tabs (all you
can see is the "inner" window), and became functionally useless. (I posted
an image of what it looks like, at:
http://www.marchankin.com/publicfiles/TaskManagerWithoutTabs.JPG)

I uninstalled everything that isn't Microsoft...but Task Manager remains
useless (w/o tabs, etc.)

If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can remedy the situation, I'd
appreciate it very much.

Thanks,

Marceepoo
