Taskmanager help

I can not get Windows task manager to stay open but for a
fraction of a second. I have tried MANY different ways to
get this to stay open as suggested by many different
support forums. Nothing works.

Can anyone email me with step by step methods to get my
taskmanager back up and working? NOTHING suggested so
far has worked.

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:
