Taskmanager error

Could anyone help me out with a problem I got? When I try
to open my Task Manager it is only visible for 2 seconds
or so and then disappears, I cannot use the TM anymore. I
tried to do a system recovery but the same thing happens.

You have the Klez worm - go to Norton's site and look for a program called
fixklez.
