I think you are going to want to right click on your
desktop and go to properties. then on the top panels go
over to settings. you will see a section that says screen
resolution with a bar inside of it. the bar to the right
(in the more direction) and press apply in the bottom
right. if you want it smaller, move it more. that should
do it.
