Can't get Tray Icons and other icons back to normal size

Hi,
I booted up my laptop this morning and my icons in the tray inside the
taskbar are bigger than usual, blurry/distorted. The icons even in the
taskbar for programs are oversized, and the date at the far lower-right
corner shows the day with the time.

I tried everything to get it back to normal, but i couldn't fix it. Question
is, how did i accidentally get the icons to be bigger?
If someone could help me get this back to normal (my system restore was
off), that would be great!

Right-click on start>properties>start menu>customize. Is the "icon
size"changed to "large"?

Yes, It is at large, but that is only for the start menu icons. The icons in
the All Programs part are all a little bigger and distorted, along with the
icons for programs and the notification tray icons in the taskbar. I tried
unloading Window Blinds and fixing it, but nothing changed.

Go to Display>appearance>advance and look in the items list. You can change
color and/or character size if you can find the correct item for this
problem.
