taskbar with a bad memory!

Dears

Recently, I am using WinXP + sp2.

In the last installation, it seems that my taskbar had
lost his memory !

When I choose some toolbar items like "desktop" or "link"
by Right clicking

on it,after restarting XP it won't work! Or when I lock
it , ....

How can I correct my problem?

Are you saying that the toolbars disappear when you lock the taskbar?
