Taskbar window preview not working

I upgraded my Vista from the home edition to the Business edition and now i
can't preview window's anymore. I went into the taskbar settings in control
panel and the "Show Window Previews(thumbnails)" option was greyed out. I
don't have Itunes installed so i know that it can't be the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may not have Aero turned on. In the Start Menu, click on Help and
Support and search for "Aero", to help you enable it (i.e., click on
"Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero").
