Taskbar will not appear when waking up from sleep or hybernation

Tony Bosque - RUSH RULES!!

Evey time my new Windows Vista Home Premium PC goes into sleep or
hybernation, when it wakes up, the taskbar disappears and I have to re-start
to be able to get it to work again. Any suggestions, please???

None yet, but I've had the same problem.
