Taskbar stuck on right...

Howdy,

My 5-year-old son, in his wisdom, moved my taskbar to the
right side of the screen.

"No problem" I thought...

I clicked on an empty part of the taskbar, and tried to drag
it to the bottom of the screen.

No luck...!

It stays on the right side.

What might I be missing here?

This happened recently on my mother's Win98 machine. It didn't seem to
want to be moved back at all. What I did was just play with it until it
finally moved. I think I increased it's size to maximum and then
managed to drag it to the top, and then bottom of the screen again.
Very weird..

Well, no luck...

I tried every approach I can find and the thing just will
not move.

I do appreciate your suggestion though,
