Taskbar startup items

Every time I start, the language bar toolbar opens on the taskbar. And every
time it opens, I try to pull it off the start menu. there's probably a
setting that I'm missing. The taskbar is locked. Any thoughts?

The language bar can be removed from the task bar by right clicking on it
and selecting 'setting' In the language settings window remove the check
mark (tick) from the ' Show language bar on the desktop' option. Click ok to
exit and the language bar should disappear. You can re-enable it from
control panel>regional and language options window.
