Taskbar sizing - size change

Hi!

I have my Taskbar on the left side with auto hide set.

Each time I reboot, the taskbar has narrowed from four small icons wide
in Quick Launch to three icons wide, and I have to resize it. Setting
the lock feature does not affect this.

I seem to recall that someone had a problem which corrected this, but I
can't find it now. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Here is what I was looking for, but using it to reset the Windows
defaults and then reconfiguring the taskbar does solve the "shrinking"
taskbar problem. It still reverts to a three icon width when rebooted.
