TaskBar Problems

Hi,

I've just re-installed Windows XP Home on my home
computer (SP1 was installed). I've configured the the
language bar on the desktop and minimized it unto the
taskbar, and I've also turn on the "Quick Launch". For
some reasons when I played around with the 'right mouse
click' options on the taskbar, now I've found that when
ever I've minimized a running window (e.g. IE) it does
not appear on the taskbar as normally would. But by doing
a 'Alt + Tab' I can still gets back the minimized
windows. Can anyone show me how I can restore back the
normal displaying of the minimized windows on the
taskbar. Thank you.
