Taskbar problem

After re-sizing the Taskbar to double height and then trying to resize it
back I have a small problem. The dotted slider at the Quick Launch area
stays firmly stuck next to the Start button and won't slide to the right. If
I now try to add Qucick Launch Icons, they appear on the row above and the
Taskbar becomes double height and won't resize

Click and drag the Quick Launch taskbar down next to the
other row. It will re-attach itself to the left side of
the taskbar. You may need to re-adjust the height of your
bar to get it back to double height.

If this happens again I recommend setting the taskbar the
way you want it and then locking it so Quick Launch can't
be accidentally dragged off again.
