Taskbar Problem

My running programs have suddenly stopped appearing on the Taskbar. I now
have to switch between programs using alt-tab. No recent software installs
or uninstalls, no hardware changes, etc. Using XP Home. Everything else
seems fine.
Several reboots have done nothing. Changing from Classic menu to XP and
back does nothing. Locking/unlocking doesn't help either.

The only other unusual problem is that the Taskbar disappears completely if
I turn off the QuickLaunch Toolbar. And, the vertical separator that
isolates the QuickLaunch area from the rest of the Taskbar (right side of QL
area) seems to be missing. This may mean that the QL area has expanded to
fill the entire taskbar?

Any ideas?

My taskbar running applications disappeared yesterday the same way. I went
to this site - download #240 and I was back in business. I did have to go
re-check the Quick Launch Toolbar to get it back but everything is working
fine so far.

Will it take things _out_ of the taskbar?
I recently got a Logitech keyboard that permanently shows a logo
just to the right of the Start button, right where active
applications are shown. I'd like to delete it.

Thanks very much. Solved the problem in a few seconds!
