Taskbar Policies/Regesty values

Hi

Does anyone know how to manage the options "Keep the taskbar on tob of other
windows" and "Show Quick Launce" in Taskbar properties using a script or by
changing in regestry.

Not really. These are considered user choices and, as such, are not exposed
via script or clean registry keys. (There is a huge "stream" registry key
that stores lots of taskbar settings, but there is no clean way to
manipulate it.)
