I read some other posts about downloading a fix from a kelly website, but
when i download it to my desktop and then try to install it, i get the
following error message after it tells me that i need to restart my computer:

Windows Script Host box appears with the following error:

Error: Permission denied: 'Getobject'
Code: 800a0046
Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error

Any suggesstions?? Thanks!

Also I forgot to mention sometimes an anti-virus software will block scripts
from running, you might want to disable your AV and try running the scripts
again or configure your AV to prompt you for action instead of automatically
blocking it,this is of course if your AV is the problem

This is my personal computer so i only have one account set up. I also put my
AV on snooze when i downloaded it so that it would not interfere.?.

Just as any FYI to anyone. After spending 75 minutes on the phone with a
microsoft tech support member, it ended up being spyware that was not
allowing the programs to minimize on my taskbar and also slowing down my
computer.
