The task bar on my LCD monitor has switched to the side and I can't get it
back to the bottom of the screen. I run a laptop with a second monitor and
the task bar shows what's on each screen. The laptop display is fine, but
on the the big LCD, I can move the taskbar from left to right, but not back
to the bottom. What do I need to do?

Right-click the taskbar, uncheck "Lock the Taskbar". Now click on the taskbar, hold the click
and drag it to the bottom. Lock the tackbar when you're done.

Right click on a blank part of the taskbar, ensure "lock the taskbar" is
not checked.Right click and hold the mouse button down in the area just
next to the start button and drag it back to the bottom area.
