Taskbar items won't group

In spite of using the taskbar property option to group taskbar items it will
not work on 3 different systems I have. All 3 are using XPPro with the SP2
updates. I seem to recall that a few years ago one of these systems was
grouping and I then didn't like it and turned it off... however trying to
turn it back on hasn't worked. One of the systems is a brand new build with
clean XPPro and Service Pack 2.. and grouping still won't work.

Any suggestions, (beyond the obvious) anyone?

May want to try TweakUI for XP. Perhaps toggling a few Grouping settings in
this program will re-establish whatever's missing in your registry for this
feature to work again. TweakUI is one of the Power toys for XP. A link to
