Taskbar item order

Sorry for dragging this back to page one, but I only just
got back my PC and it was buried on page 17.

Click what headers? Maybe I phrased my question poorly.

If I have three instances of IE running, and want the
second instance of it to be the first item on my taskbar,
is there a way to re-order them without having to change
sites on each instance of IE that is running?

You can view them in ascending or descending alphabetical
order, cpu, memory,
etc.
Click the headers.

Duh..... I misread your original post. So my
answer had nothing to do with your question.
(Slapping forehead now.) Sorry about that.

The Taskbar buttons appear as the were opened and placed into the Taskbar.

The only items I could find was:

Thanks Wes. I found the same info you did.

I think I used to be able to re-order them in previous
Win Vers. by horizontally tiling the windows and then
making the one I wanted first active and re-tileing (or
something equally simplistic). But that don't work in XP.

I appreciate your time and effort and apologize for my
poor wording earlier.
