taskbar icons

The icons that currently appear in my taskbar include the entire NAME of the active applications.... when all I want are the icon pictures themsevles. Please advise how I can make this change. Thank you in advance.
 
To resolve the issue, right-click any empty area on the Taskbar and locate the "Show Text" option. Uncheck the option to remove the entire names of application in Taskbar.
 
You need to right click in the Quick Launch area of the taskbar for the show
text option.
 
Interesting. Thanks for that. Right click on the vertical seperator bar that seperates the Quick Launch area from the Start button. You'll see what he was referring to.
