taskbar height

The Win XP taskbar seems to have a will of its own. The height of the task
bar has suddenly doubled, taking up more room than I want to give it. I
can't find a setting anywhere to control its size. Any suggestions?

Hi John,

If you point your mouse at the top lip of the taskbar, it
should turn into two arrows. If you click the mouse and
hold it in, you should be able to drag it back down.
Hopefully this is your problem and I did not
misunderstand.

Good Luck!!

Hi John,
Move your mouse toward the taskbar until you get the
doudbe arrows then click and hold, your left mouse button
and drag the taskbar to the position that you want and
release the mouse. To lock the taskbar right click on it
and select lock the taskbar.
