Taskbar disappears after hibernation

My Toshiba laptop has suddenly started having a problem where the taskbar
disappears when the computer comes out of hibernation. Any programs running
are still there, but the taskbar is gone. When I shut down and restart, it
reappears. I've been updated with the latests patches, etc., and I haven't
added any new programs recently.
