taskbar disappearing

My taskbar is still disappearing/still losing icons in
system tray

Have ruled out that it has nothing to do with/can't be
fixed by checking:

Adware/Spyware
Virus
DivX Codec
Tiff extension in Quick Time
Windows Update 835732

Any other ideas or suggestions??

Do you have the autohide feature set for the taskbar?
Right click the taskbar, left click properties second
choice down.

Same with the icons on systray. Last option on same page.

No this is a random thing, not when my mouse isn't on the
taskbar. Autohide is not checked.

It's like Windows explorer ramdomly crashes, or whatever
it is that is causing the taskbar to disappear and my
comp to momentarily freeze.
