taskbar disappeared

In Word 2003, I can no longer see my taskbar. I have right-clicked all over
the document and cannot find a way to display it. Any ideas?

What taskbar? The Windows taskbar that normally appears at the bottom
of the screen? The Office Shortcut Bar that comes with Office XP and
earlier versions but not with Office 2003 or later versions?
