The descriptive text that pops up over an application's icon in the taskbar
is faded, very light, hard to read. Can I "bold" them. I'm using Vista SP1,
x86, Aero Glass.
I was able to bold most other system text that was faded looking using
advanced Appearence settings.
 
I "bolded" tooltip as suggested in "advanced appearence settings", but it had
no effect on the text appearing above the taskbar icons when moving the
cursor over them. I don't think those messages are tooltips?
